The Order Process:
You will be contacted within 48 to confirm that your order request has been received.
Payment must be received within 10 calendar days.

If your order is to be shipped to a Domestic Mailing Address AND has a total under $500.00 USD then your piece will be shipped in the following 48 hours after you have been contacted.
If your order requires international shipping, OR is over $500.00 USD then your piece may require additional time to confirm shipping charges or may require special handling. Please allow an additional 5 business days for your order to be shipped.
The Commission Process:

Bared Souls will refuse ALL requests for any commission requesting an illegal act. Please keep in mind that while there is subject matter that definatly falls into certain grey areas of acceptability, Bared Souls reserves the right to refuse any request that they find unacceptable, meaning blatantly dangerous, or genuinely harmful. If you are in doubt, feel free to inquire further.
When your request is received, you will be contacted within 48 hours to discuss any details that may need further attention.
You will be required to place a refundable deposit before any work is to be begun. This table is designed to show the typical commission deposit required to begin a commission. Pieces that are more detailed might be subject to a larger deposit.

Copies of the piece will be e-mailed to the buyer at the above mentioned intervals for approval to continue. If the buyer is unsatisfied with the work, that is the time to request a refund. 100% refunds will not be given.
Refunds must be requested by the buyer. If the buyer decides to discontinue contact with the artist before they request their refund they forfeit their entire deposit. The commissioned piece that has been abandoned will not be posted on the website at any time, but the deposit will go towards the time and materials involved in the completion of the piece and the costs required to show and display the piece at various galleries and art shows.
Shipping Rates:
The Standard Domestic Shipping Rate for un-matted and un-framed paper pieces is set at $7.00 USD and are sent USPS Priority with insurance included. These pieces are typically shipped rolled in heavy duty poster tubes to avoid possible damage. This rate currently applies to most of the art available on this site.
The Shipping Rates for the following will be effected accordingly:
-Art priced at over $500.00 USD will be shipped at a rate of $8.50 USD
-International Shipping is an additional $5.00
-Oversized, Matted, Framed, Sculptures, and or pieces on Canvas, are to be set individually.

Shipping & Packaging Policies:
At Bared Souls we respect your privacy, and so we always ensure discreet packaging and labeling of your art purchases. These pieces are always shipped in plain new or recycled packaging, as we recycle when at all possible. The purchases will arrive addressed to you direct from the artist.
Packaging is secure as to minimize the chances of damage in transit. While we can guarantee our packaging efforts, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been received by the postal service. All items must be shipped insured, and in the unlikely event of damages, a full refund will be issued within 30-45 days after the appropriate paperwork is filed with the postal service.
